AgentI have lived in various communities around Kansas City for most of my life and settled in Lee's Summit. I've spent my entire career building expertise that most real estate agents simply don't have, and putting it to work for the people who trust us with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
Before I sold a single home, I spent nearly a decade working in the construction and remodeling trades. I've since managed full home remodels from tear-out through finish, coordinating every trade along the way. That hands-on foundation gave me something no classroom or certification can: I understand what goes into building a home, what quality actually looks like, and what buyers should be asking at every stage of a build or renovation.
Since 2015, I've channeled that background into new construction real estate, completing over 400 custom builds and spec home sales across the Kansas City metro. I know how builders think, how their contracts work, and how to protect buyers in ways most agents don't know to look for. And because that expertise transfers directly to resale, knowing what's built well, what neighborhoods are growing, and what a home is truly worth, it makes our team sharper on every transaction, not just new construction.
Today, Danny Howell Real Estate has closed over 900 transactions and $263 + million in real estate volume across Kansas and Missouri. We serve buyers and sellers throughout the KC metro, with core markets on both sides of the state line, from Lee's Summit, Raymore, and Blue Springs in Missouri to Overland Park, Leawood, and Olathe in Kansas.
What hasn't changed through any of it is the standard we hold ourselves to: our clients are never left in the dark.
